The home has hardwood floors and new appliances. You can enjoy views of Livingston peak from your living room window, or while sitting around the fire with your friends in your backyard. As charming and cozy as the home is, it will be hard to decide whether to grab pastries and coffees from Eastside coffee next door (the most charming secret in Livingston) or stay in and cook your own meal. No matter the season, this quintessential Livingston home will ensure you fall in love with all that Livingston has to offer.
Life really is downtown! In a town that grew up before the car being in the heart of Livingston is truly the way to experience this Western wonder. From the 2 bedroom Bungalow you are minutes from Sacajawea Park (picture farmers market, festivals, a pond, park and Yellowstone River) and G Street Park (with a splash park) are walking distance, downtown is an easy walk to get your fill of artsy shops, local eateries, coffee shops, bars, galleries, thrift and antique stores and more.
We have thought of all you need for an easy breezy getaway or extended vacation. The home has a primary bedroom with a queen bed with attached full bath (shower only). The back bedroom has 2 twin beds and a desk space for those that must do those tedious (but necessary) work tasks. The living room has a large couch, smart tv , great wifi, and plenty of games and cards to keep you occupied.
The kitchen is stocked with all items you need to cook meals - from dishes, bakeware, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender and serving ware. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for laundry.
We provide all the personal amenities you need for your stay - this includes all soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body was, detergents and paper goods. Truly, just bring your sense of adventure, the clothes on your back, and some good manners. We also have a pack and play and child's highchair at the home if you are traveling with little people.
The backyard is full fenced with a privacy fence and has a wonderful firepit and Adirondack chairs for those perfect summer evenings sipping cocktails and playing yard games. We even welcome your well behaved pets (for a fee and prior disclosure of course). We insist you pick up after your pet in the yard and never leave your pet unattended in the house, unless kenneled if you are concerned with a nervous pet when you are away.
We have been in Livingston for nearly 20 years and are always available with any questions you have about the house, the town, activities and more. We love our home and are happy to share our knowledge with you!
You can enjoy an easy and contactless self-check in with the keypad on the front door.
For your convenience there is key pad on the front door. You have access to the entire home and fenced yard. There is also a basement where there is a washer and dryer.
Safe, quiet, cute and centrally located to everything in town. You can walk 1 to 2 blocks in any direction to find a restaurant, coffee shop, park and more! You are located on the south and east side of town.
We recommend a car for the area (it is Montana and things are pretty spread out), but for your time in town, you can walk or ride bikes to most things around. We have 2 Electra Cruiser Bikes for your use while at the home. It's our favorite way to get around town.
Yard is fully fenced with a firepit. There is a propane BBQ grill as well. 2 cruiser bikes for getting about town. If you are bringing a pet it MUST be disclosed PRIOR to arrival and there is a $200 pet fee.

Great time in Livingston!
We enjoyed our stay here! The town was cute and the location was perfect. We were attending a wedding about 20 minutes away and this was a great spot. The dogs enjoyed the yard and we were all comfy and happy! Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very helpful. The space was clean and equipped perfectly for our needs.- Anonymous from Portland, Posted: 7/29/2024We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and our home. Great Thanksgiving stay in Livingston! Close to downtown and great Mountain View's!- Anonymous , Posted: 11/24/2023
Amazing stay!! We were snowed in and weren't sure when we would leave and Brooke was super accommodating every time our plans changed!! Beautiful home, beautiful location, we would definitely book again!!- Anonymous , Posted: 10/30/2023
We very much enjoyed our stay at this cute little mountain hideaway. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard! We have stayed in Livingston many times, and this may be our favorite location so far. It is easily walkable to anything downtown, and the views of the mountains from the backyard and south facing windows are phenomenal! We were also very impressed that the host provided everything you need for a comfortable stay - soaps, lotions, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The only things to be aware of are the bathroom is pretty tight, so a larger human (I'm 6 foot tall and 200 pounds for reference) may struggle navigating that space, and the TV probably needs to be replaced. We had a couple of rainy nights and struggled to get the TV's smart features to work in a timely manner. Other than those things, it was a perfect visit!- Anonymous , Posted: 10/21/2023
We had a lovely stay at the Eastside Bungalow. It was a half a block away from a coffee shop and easy to walk to downtown! Cozy and comfortable and a great backyard. Perfect for our stay in Livingston.- Anonymous , Posted: 9/11/2023
