Eastside Bungalow
Comfort and Convenience Await! The primary bedroom features a queen bed and an attached full bath (shower only), ensuring a restful night. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and a desk space for those who need to tackle work tasks while on vacation. The living room is perfect for relaxation, complete with a large couch, smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an assortment of games and cards to keep you entertained. Note that the bathroom for the house is located within the primary first bedroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including dishes, bakeware, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, and serving ware. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the basement.
We provide all necessary personal amenities for your stay, including soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergents, and paper goods. Just bring your sense of adventure, your clothing, and good manners! For families traveling with little ones, we offer a pack-and-play and a high chair.
Outdoor Bliss! The fully fenced backyard is your private oasis, complete with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs—perfect for summer evenings filled with cocktails and yard games. We welcome well-behaved pets for a fee, provided you disclose their presence prior to arrival. Please remember to pick up after your pet and do not leave them unattended unless kenneled if they tend to be anxious.

Enjoy the ease of contactless self-check-in with the keypad at the front door. You'll have access to the entire home and fenced yard, as well as the basement laundry facilities.
Safe, Serene, and Centrally Located! Our home offers a tranquil retreat while being within walking distance—just 1 to 2 blocks in any direction—to restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and more! Located on the south and east side of town, a car is recommended for exploring the broader Montana area, but within town, you can easily walk or ride bikes to most attractions. We provide two Electra Cruiser Bikes for your enjoyment—our favorite way to navigate the charming streets of Livingston.

This place has incredible views, with mountains just outside the bungalow and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Views of the mountains
This home was in a great location just blocks from main street where a surprisingly good seafood restaurant called Neptunes was located. In addition, the Yellowstone river was just a few blocks to the south. The Perfect Lil’ Bungalow
after an unexpected change of plans, i ended up
here for the winter, and my expectations were delightedly blown away. a huge thanks to the management company for their support through a montana winter! they provided all the tools, tips and even hands on help when the snow got high and temps low. we stayed warm and snug, and enjoyed cooking many meals in the small well stocked kitchen. i will always be grateful to Key Montana for showing us such Montana Hospitality!

Cute Eastside Bungalow
Great location. We really appreciated being able to have our dogs. The yard was secure and had a nice grass area. Cute interior and well stocked kitchen. Great time in Livingston!
We enjoyed our stay here! The town was cute and the location was perfect. We were attending a wedding about 20 minutes away and this was a great spot. The dogs enjoyed the yard and we were all comfy and happy! Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very helpful. Close to town

We very much enjoyed our stay at this cute little mountain hideaway. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard! We have stayed in Livingston many times, and this may be our favorite location so far. It is easily walkable to anything downtown, and the views of the mountains from the backyard and south facing windows are phenomenal! We were also very impressed that the host provided everything you need for a comfortable stay - soaps, lotions, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The only things to be aware of are the bathroom is pretty tight, so a larger human (I'm 6 foot tall and 200 pounds for reference) may struggle navigating that space, and the TV probably needs to be replaced. We had a couple of rainy nights and struggled to get the TV's smart features to work in a timely manner. Other than those things, it was a perfect visit!- Anonymous , Posted: 10/21/2023
