Yellowstone Park Trip
We had just stayed in Jackson Hole for several days & headed up to visit Yellowstone Park for our 1st trip. The 3 of us are all retirees and have been close friends since our Grade School days. We would definitely come back to this beautiful house & location again and/or every year if we could. The house presents just as it does in the VRBO description. Great kitchen, each bedroom were ensuites and when sitting on the living room couch or back deck you would look out onto the beautiful Yellowstone river which you can’t beat early morning sitting out having your morning coffee. A couple of nights you can actually stargaze which we don’t see that much back east.

Family Vacation
A much needed rest after many one night stays on the road. The house is beautiful, cozy, and wonderfully stocked. The river was beautiful! We fished, we floated, we sat on the patio and rested. Pine Creek Falls is a short drive and hike and an absolute must if you enjoy waterfalls! Emigrant’s General Store was very well equipped for whatever you might need or have forgotten. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

RIVER RUN
We love River Run. This is our 3rd time to visit. The location is beautiful. It is close to the river. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the rafts go by. The house itself is set up very well. No issues. Great views from the house as well.

River Run Sept 2024
This house was everything that I could have hoped for and more. The house looks as the pictures show and the views are just breath taking. We met the owners on our last day there and they were wonderful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to our happy place. YSNP.

Paradise in Paradise Valley
This was our second time staying at River Run. The house and property our truly Wonderful. As we arrived at the property, we were greeted by 3 deer watching us from the tree line. One of our favorite activities was to watch the fishermen go down the Yellowstone River which is right in front of the house. If you want a relaxing vacation in a great location, this is the place.

The home was beautiful, very clean and well stocked with all we needed! The views from the house and being right on the river was amazing! The house is very roomy and beautifully decorated! The host was was very responsive Ana helpful! We will definitely book this home again!

If I could give more than five stars i would give a 10! This property was unbelievable! First of all, it was not just clean, it was immaculate!! The view of the river from the property was beautiful! Everything you needed was supplied: comfortable beds and linens. fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous views, great location, fantastic communication, I can't say enough about this home. I have stayed in many VRBO's and this by far is the best one. We have never been to Montana before and this was the best location to do a wide variety of things. If you are looking in this area for your Montana visit then look no further. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for this awesome stay!

Everything about this property was perfect!! The house, perfectly located right on the Yellowstone River, was immaculate and beautiful. The decor was breathtaking which made us all feel right at home. We all loved that the location was perfectly placed to Livingston, Bozeman, and the Yellowstone National Park, and we visited all of these locales several times during our stay. It was wonderful to come back to this beautiful and clean house after our exhausting trips from all of these locations. My family and I all very much enjoyed our stay and will most likely be planning another stay at this beautiful venue on our next trip to Montana.

We just returned from a relaxing week at River Run. The very comfortable house, the beautiful yard, mountain and Yellowstone River views, sunsets, star-gazing, hikes, Happy Hour and dinners on the deck all made for a memorable 75th birthday celebration. We just finished a two week stay at a beautiful home on the Yellowstone River. The staff at Key Montana could not have been more accommodating arranging every detail of our stay. Once we arrived the information provided to us covered everything we needed from food to recreation. I would happily recommend the services provided by Ms. Dena Hawthorne of Key Montana.

This felt like more of a home than a vacation rental. Little touches like the excellent bedding, well stocked kitchen, fun games and interesting books were very much appreciated by my family and me. Plus' the river!!! Right in the backyard with the birds and passing deer and rainbows. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend retreat. Deena and Brooke were responsive, patient and kind. I left my laptop behind and Deena understood my plight and got it to FedEx within a couple of hours so I could relax knowing it was handled. We will be coming back!!

This lovely home on the Yellowstone was perfect for our family's stay for a Paradise Valley wedding. It was roomy and so comfortable. The beds and linens were superb. The view of the Yellowstone and the mountains was unforgettable. I should mention that there is also a half bath on the main floor. The upstairs bedroom is cozy and comfy and the upstairs family room is roomy and comfortable. The kids enjoyed a ladderball game (already in the home) on the huge lawn. We saw a fox (twice!), deer and a Canada goose family! The home is clean and the kitchen well equipped. We would stay here again.
