Absaroka Sunrise
This home is outfitted for a quick trip or an extended stay - a romantic getaway or a family gathering. Five (5) separate beds, three (3) full bathrooms, fenced yard, wrap around decks and ample living and dining spaces - this home is more than a rental; it's an escape and place you will want to never leave.
SLEEPING (5 beds, sleeps 8 max):
One primary bedroom upstairs with a dreamy king bed, attached full bath with walk in shower, closets and toilet room.
There is an office on the main level with a smaller sofa that converts to a full size bed. This can be used as sleeping but is best for kids or smaller adults.
Bedroom with a Queen Bed downstairs, closet, vanity table and dresser area downstairs.
Bedroom with two single beds, closet, and dresser area downstairs. * these beds can be converted to a king bed upon request
The open family room downstairs has a couch, foosball table, television and dvd and a high quality queen size Murphy bed for sleeping an additional 2.
The downstairs area has a full bath with shower/ tub combo.
Upstairs, just off the office and kitchen area is an additional full bathroom (tub/shower combo).
OFFICE: Main Level, serves as primarily an office and extra lounge space. Desk, printer, fast and free wifi, and television. Great views of the beautiful backyard so you can work and watch your kids play or swim in the heated pool and hot tub. There is a convertible sofa in here that can be used for extra sleeping. Blackout curtains.
LIVING SPACES: Two main living rooms, one up and down with televisions in each. There is a foosball table in the downstairs living area. Cozy couches and sitting areas. The office has shelves of books and games for your enjoyment. You will see a fireplace in pictures, however it is unusable and not operable.
KITCHEN AND DINING: A wonderful kitchen fully stocked with all you might imagine needing for prepping a simple or complicated meal. The dining table seats 8 easily with a leaf for additional seating. There is also an island with seating for 3 more.
OUTDOOR LIVING AND DINING: The gorgeous front and back yards both have seating and tables for eating and relaxing (both have killer views!) - we recommend enjoying the fresh mountain air as much as possible! A propane grill and tools is also in the backyard. The front deck has an easy to use firepit feature for a charming evening.
POOL AND HOT TUB: The home has a state of the art above ground Endless Pool with swim current. This is heated and approximately 4-5 feet deep at the center. The hot tub is under the same cover, but separate with it's own temperature and jets. The pool and hot tub cannot be opened without a key.
LOCATION: Location is everything and this home has it all! A quick 5 blocks from downtown Livingston, a simple (and beautiful) walk down the hill gets you to the historic main street area with shopping, dining, live music, galleries, and more!
Yellowstone National Park is a gorgeous 50 minute drive from the house. Bozeman is 25 minutes away. Bridger Bowl ski resort is 30 minutes away. Countless other road-trip-worthy Montana towns are within 1 hour!
You can walk to town or take the provided cruiser bikes. The home does sit on the North side of the downtown area and there is a "hill" to climb, but this also is what gives you the great views! We recommend a vehicle no matter what for the area, as Montana is very spread out and you will drive to get to any of the various outdoor recreation areas.

Beautiful home and fantastic location
We had a great experience, home was clean and well maintained. It also was beautiful with amazing views. It worked great for our family with 4 children, 9, 7, 4 and 1. Kids loved the pool. Perfect Location and Beautiful Home
We had a wonderful family (3 generations) vacation at your beautiful home! It is within walking distance of downtown Livingston yet far enough away to sit outside and enjoy mountain views from either the backyard patio or front patio. Absolute Perfection for Getaway/Wedding!
From the start, Dina and all of the Key Montana team were extremely kind, responsive and had a wealth of local knowledge. We were planning a year out from our wedding and Dina helped us save money by going direct through them vs a third party site and also helped us pick out other homes for our immediate family; we were within walking distance of each other which was a dream. The house has gorgeous views from the hillside of Livingston, spacious with 3 bedrooms/3 baths, high quality and cozy-lived in vibes - we felt right at home! There is no doubt we'll be back to this property and/or others of theirs. Our wedding party must have rented out 2/3 of them and everyone gave rave reviews. A Perfect Stay in Paradise!
I cannot say enough great things about Key Montana in general, and more specifically, their Absarokee Sunrise property! We connected with Brooke and her team over the winter as we decided we “needed” some Livingston time. With that, she steered our group (2 couples) towards this property. It exceeded our expectations in every way! We happened to land in the middle of an exceptional heat wave, and the pool and air conditioning were perfect! This house is so comfortable and well-appointed, my wife was constantly commenting on the attention to detail and exceptional style and taste. Memories of morning coffee on the front deck, enjoying the gorgeous views of the town of Livingston and the Absarokee mountain will stick with us for awhile. We spent our days fly fishing the Yellowstone River, and afternoons freshening up and enjoying cocktails in the pool. The great kitchen allowed us to cook a few dinners and breakfast, and the location also allowed us a short walk to an incredible evening @ Campione, as well as visits to the Murray and Mint Bars. Beyond the excellence of the property, the Key Montana team’s customer service is truly exceptional. From check-in to check-out, payment, cleaning/maintenance, recommendations, etc. everything was perfect! This was house was seriously THE BEST!! Flew my family out and stayed for the weekend to host my best friend's baby shower. It was absolutely perfect--totally picturesque and trendy, and also amazingly kid-friendly. Pretty much any down time was spent in the pool, and the basement was perfect to keep them entertained while the shower was going! The house and decor is beautiful, but also not stuffy and not if-I-touch-anything-I'll-break-it. The superb location on the hill is super close to town center and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. I can't say enough great things about our stay at this location and Brooke's hospitality. We will definitely be back. Great for day trips, beautiful garden, and well appointed house. Master bedroom and bath were also a plus. Seeing the super moon rise up from behind the mountain top and morning coffee on the wraparound porch was a highlight.
