Great little place
The location was perfect for our trip to Yellowstone. The place was cute and the scenery calming and beautiful! Our family of 4 had just enough space for what we needed. The gravel road to access this place was rough and long but I believe it was mentioned in the n the description. I expected this, so no problem.
This place met my expectations and was clean.

Stunning views from the cabin. Cozy little place. We met the owner one evening he was very friendly and nice! Quick drive to Livingston town and easy access to Yellow Stone. Wonderful people in this town so friendly and helpful! Quick access to some of the most beautiful trails here! We loved our stay!

Place was great, the pile of fire wood was super convenient. The dirt road other reviews talk about is comical, it's a nice dirt road with maybe a few potholes you can easily navigate around, any 2 wheel drive car can handle it car no problem

Wonderful place to stay. Not too far from Gardiner, the north entrance to Yellowstone. Beautiful big sky of Montana all around you! : the 3 mile road to the house is VERY rough and bumpy. It didn't keep us from coming and going each day though. Also, if you are a coffee drinker, then bring your own coffee as the place has a pour over coffee set up but no coffee grounds. Everything else was provided including a water cooler with 5 gallon bottles of water. If we came back to the area, we would try to stay here again!

I loved this tiny home and was sad to leave! We arrived late on our first night, so didn't get to see the beautiful view until the morning and it was spectacular! All the directions were easy and there was a binder full of local recommendations in the home - we used several. The home itself was just as described and plenty of room for the 5 of us. My two youngest children (13, 15) stayed in the loft and my 18 y.o. son slept on the top bunk above my husband and I. We didn't try to eat inside, but did take a chair out around the fire pit. We made smores the second night and it was perfect. There were roasting sticks and firestarters in the home and we got all of the ingredients at the local store. We could see allll the stars and didn't want to go to bed. And we took some family photos in the morning before check out - the location was perfect. This is our first tiny home rental and I'm so glad we had the experience.

Our family of four stayed two nights to end our Yellowstone trip. This place was breathtaking. Comfortably fit myself, husband, our 18 and 15 year old kids. Nice big bathroom. Owner that lives on the property was so nice and respectful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This house is more of a resort than just a rental. There are plenty of amenities and we enjoyed them all. Just looking out at the river and the mountains every day is heavenly. There was always a deer sighting. The location is ideal-between Livingston and the north entrance to Yellowstone. And it's close to many put ins for fishing. The house was pristine and the lawn was green and lush. Perfection. We hope to return.

The views at this place is STUNNING. Honestly, the host's photos don't even do it justice. The inside of the house was filled with personal touches: there was a hand-written note and personalized bath robes waiting for us upon arrival, which told me this host goes the extra mile! But I mostly appreciated the 5 gallon water dispenser inside the unit. The house is pretty much in the middle of nowhere; it would have been a huge inconvenience to make a trip into town for filtered water and haul it back, so this was GREATLY appreciated. Also included with our stay by the host was was delicious local ground coffee! We greatly appreciated not having to pack or make a trip for this, as well. The house had everything we needed, and then some. As stated in the description, the gravel road into the property is bumpy and feels very long. This is true, and the only true downside of the property. We rented a sedan, but if I was to go back I'd rent a pickup truck. Overall SO pleased with it!

Such a cute place! Everything was spotless when we arrived. The bed was very comfy, and I loved the ugg bedding. The bathroom was large. The location was about 10 minutes from the cute town of Livingston. The sunset and sunrise were both picture perfect with the mountains.

Charming. Place was well appointed and very clean. Located on a quiet street and excellent for walking to local shops and places to eat. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen is spacious and perfect if you want to stay in and cook. You can hear the trains from the space so keep that in mind. However wasn't too much of a factor for us because it's part of Livingston's charm but if you are a light sleeper you may want to keep that in mind and maybe play some sleep music. Once we feel asleep we rarely we awaken by the trains. The host were very responsive and willing to help with any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Livingston

Very nice space and an ideal location. A short walk to many galleries and restaurants. A short drive out of town to hiking trails. Perfect. The condo itself is very nice and clean. Response from the host was almost immediate when we had a few questions. Would recommend.

What a lovely condo. The perfect blend of comfort and western charm. Close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants and just far enough away to relax in the courtyard and enjoy a peaceful evening. Completely stocked with everything you need to cook, relax and just hang out. Wish I could find somewhere like this everywhere I travel to. We will definitely be back.

Everything was spot on. The pond was loaded with trout although hard to catch. Antelope even made there way into the pond for a drink. I would recommend this place to anybody.

We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 couples. The location is absolutely beautiful and so is the airbnb. It has everything you would need, on the inside everything is pretty simple but efficient. I recommend this airbnb, and would stay again.

Amazing home with even better views. This home had everything we needed for a group of 8 and plenty of space. Great location being just outside of Livingston. Close to Bozeman, paradise valley and Yellowstone. Highly recommend staying here.

The house is great - completely new in every aspect with fantastic views. You are set away from everyone and everything. There are some minor kinks to work out from a new property, but the team was incredibly responsive and immediately fixed any issue that arose. Would certainly stay here again!

We loved this comfortable and conveniently located cottage. Very well equipped. The beds were comfy'the bathrooms had big nice towels' and they have lovely soft bathrobes! Great TV too and porch! The management was excellent and always offering a prompt reply. The convenient Albertsons was a bonus! The Los Pinos restaurant nearby was great if you love authentic Mexican' very affordable!

Jackalope, wonderful accommodations for the 12 of us, ages 4-75 years of age on our 10 day vacation. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets high on a hill with beautiful views of Livingston. Very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Los Pinos Mexican Restaurant. Town of Livingston is very quaint and charming. Would visit again.

I highly recommend Stone Cottage to travelers near and far. The location was beautiful and the scenery offered a peaceful getaway for my family and me. The customer service was fantastic. They were quick to respond and provided help as needed. I hope to revisit the home again someday soon!

What a fabulous home with chic design and oodles of comfort. I love the whole presentation! It feels like a designers home and has a really warm vibe and lots of sunshine. there are plenty of beds for a large group and its a great location to get anywhere! My boys went to the river, played golf in Bozeman and Livingston, went on several hikes, had great meals - they loved it! A wonderful place to vacate. And excellent company to work with. Brooke was gracious and accommodating all around! We will be back!

We stayed at Mountain Sanctuary in June of 2022. What an outstanding property! It truly looks every bit as advertised. Our family had such a fantastic time staying there and visiting beautiful Montana. Brooke was excellent to work with and provided great communication, assistance and professionalism. This cabin is beautiful. It's actually bigger than it looks and super cozy. The view of the valley is incredible here and there's lots of open space around the property. Great view of stars and peacefully quiet. I recommend a truck or a jeep as it is about 15 minutes down some dirt roads off of the main highway.

This was a great little house for the two of us. We were blown away by the landscape. Something to be aware of is that entrance requires a long drive on a gravel road, but we drove an suv and didn't mind it. The management company is very hospitable as well as the owner if you happen to see him outside.

Just stunning and a fantastic time away had by all in my family! Three generations gathered to celebrate my Mother's 80th and what a special place to call home base. The house decor and furnishing are super comfy. You can soak up nature whether viewing from the many picturesque windows or from the outdoor wrap around porch and the firepit area. Really great day trips.....Mammoth Hot Springs, a must see and a short drive thru the park on the North road...Herds of Bison, Big Horned Rams, Elks, Eagles....another must! Communication with Brooke was top notch. Thank you for helping us to create more wonderful memories for our family in such a wonderful part of the country.

This is a GREAT apartment in the very heart of Livingston. It's a historic building, and we really enjoyed learning about its past via all the old pictures and plaques and other charming decor in the lobby, and throughout! The apartment was super comfortable (the bed especially!), the kitchen was well equipped, and the dining room / living rooms are cozy and welcoming. Livingston itself is a treat as well, and you're about 1 block from the action - tons of great restaurants and cool bars. We loved the Soup Bar and Campione in particular, and went to the legendary Chop House as well. Very walkable, and stunning views all around. You'll love this gem in Livingston!
