THE HOME: This three bedroom home enjoys a very private location in the Paradise Valley about 40 miles North of Yellowstone National Park. Ample outdoor gathering spaces, hot tub and gas fire pit.
BEDROOMS AND BATHS: The home has three tastefully decorated bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed and large private bath. The bath has a deep soaking tub in the walk in shower with jaw-dropping scenery from the windows. This bedroom has a sliding door to an outdoor seating area and hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also opens to the outdoors and seating area. The third bedroom has two extra long twin beds that can be converted to a king size bed. There is one full bathroom in the hall between these bedrooms.
KITCHEN: This fully equipped and high end kitchen has top of the line appliances and amenities. It has absolutely everything you will need for any meal you have planned (the owner loves to cook and entertain)! There is a nice selection of cookware, serving ware and a good spice cabinet as well. Out on the patio you will find a gas barbecue grill and ample seating for those outdoor meals.
DINING AREA: The dining area adjoins the kitchen, with a beautiful dining table for six or eight, and room for four more at the kitchen bar. Plenty of room for your group to have dinner guests.
LIVING ROOM: The living area is part of the open floor plan dining and kitchen area - the open space of this home is great for gathering after your day's adventures. Coming home is just the beginning to your next relaxing part of the day! Cozy leather furniture is situated around the gas fireplace. There is a flat screen television with satellite, plus a DVD player. The best thing about the living room is the incredible view out the many large picture windows!
Sonos speakers are in the home for use with the downloaded Sonos app.
OUTDOORS, SETTING, LOCATION: The true Montana Trifecta! The back patio has ample space for entertaining, relaxing and enjoying the fresh mountain air. A hot tub and propane fire pit are on the private patio. You will also notice that we have 3 security cameras on property. They are all pointing to just landscape past the yards of the home. We do not record and can not see any activity inside the home or around the house on decks and such.
Mountain Sanctuary is located on 21 private acres with easy paved access to route 89, great cell phone coverage, and 360 degree mountain views of four mountain ranges (Crazy Mountains, Absaroka / Beartooth Mountains, Gallatin Range and even Electric Peak in Yellowstone National Park can be seen).
GETTING HERE: It's about 20 miles to Livingston, 40 miles to Gardiner, 45 miles to Bozeman and 55 miles to Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport. A 4WD vehicle is recommended and the house is accessible year round. It is Montana and weather can change quickly and dramatically. We do our best to plow the main road and driveway, but we always recommend 4WD and are not responsible for any weather related issues with travel (even as close as the driveway).
We are a phone call away and live locally! Just message us with any issues, questions (or praises) during your stay. We are always happy to help our guests! We are a great resource for the best recommendations to make the most of your trip as well!
Please respect private property rights and the property boundaries, no trespassing on other's land.
Garbage service is not available at this location, there are several places nearby to dispose of your bagged garbage, a map will be provided.

Amazing views inside and out! Very clean and very accommodating space! Sliding glass door to outside space and hot tub was excellent!- Anonymous , Posted: 3/2/2024
Brooke and the team were on it! Her and Dana were extremely responsive and helpful when I was planning the trip / activities. This host was very accommodating when we landed early and when our flight home was delayed. Thanks for everything :)- Anonymous , Posted: 1/14/2024
Amazing place. When they said they had every thing we needed to cook. That was an understatement. The place had every accommodation we could think of. Brooke also recommended a bunch of fun activities at local places and everything was amazing- Anonymous , Posted: 1/7/2024
A great place to stay! I will be back!- Anonymous , Posted: 10/30/2023
Mountain Sanctuary was exactly as advertised. Peaceful, comfortable, extremely clean, and not a single problem. Key Montana was available to answer any questions or provide any assistance, none of which were needed. We stayed for 6 days, and felt completely at home! Would go back!- Anonymous , Posted: 8/23/2023
Seamless check-in process was a great start to our trip after 7 hours in the car. Loved the remote feeling of property yet super close to lots of activities and food in Emigrant and Livingston. The highlights were checking out the grizzly bears in Tom Miner Basin and the great fishing on the Yellowstone. Can't say enough great things about this property and will definitely be booking again!- Anonymous , Posted: 7/28/2023
Excellent location in Emigrant, close but removed from all Livingston has to offer, with great mountain views in every direction. Perfect for catching a show at the Old Saloon or dinner at Chico. Great location for exploring Yellowstone, fishing on the Yellowstone river and Mill Creek. House was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and very nice, high quality hot tub. Gas fire pit was great at night. Mountain views from every bedroom, and every room for that matter. Lots of deer on property in the evenings.- Anonymous , Posted: 7/18/2023
This place was a beautiful way to spend our anniversary! The views were spectacular and we really enjoyed the wildlife. A great place to reflect in the beauty of God's creation. Thank you letting us stay!- Anonymous , Posted: 6/28/2023
It was amazing to sit on the back patio, grill outside, and sit in the hot tub looking at the mountains after a long day of checking out Yellowstone Park. Coffee in the morning watching the sun climb over the mountain tops was just what I needed on this vacation.- Anonymous , Posted: 6/17/2023
Great views, awesome outdoor patio, private location and close to many tourist attractions, garage parking and beautiful home.- Anonymous , Posted: 6/7/2023
This is simply the best vacation rental we have had. The house was perfection and stocked with everything we needed. We loved the hot tub at the end of a day exploring Yellowstone. It's very close to Chico hot springs which is a must visit. Mule deer could be seen daily in the back yardÂ. Our last morning we were visited by a beautiful fox. The host was great to work with though we never needed her! This was a first for us. No glitches with our stay at all. We will be back!- Anonymous , Posted: 5/31/2023
This truly is a sanctuary. The interior of the house was immaculate. Plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The outside area is perfect for any mood. You want to sit by the fire, there is a space for that. You want to eat lunch or dinner outside, there is a dining table for that. You want to relax on a couch and stretch out outside, there is a place for that. You want to soak in a hot tub, there is a place for that. We also had mule deer and a fox visit us during our stay.- Anonymous , Posted: 5/26/2023
This is a beautiful place to stay, just as described.- Anonymous , Posted: 4/30/2023
