The Giving Season

As a locally owned business we believe in supporting our community as much as possible. We are so blessed to have so many amazing community focused nonprofits and organizations to support, and it's thanks to you that we're able to do so. Check out a list of organizations you're helping to support in our community by choosing to stay local at a Key Montana property.

Local Organizations:

Shane Lelani Center for the Arts

Located in the heart of Livingston, Montana, “The Shane” is dedicated to fostering creativity, inclusivity, and building community through various arts programming, classes, and events, as well as providing space to many small businesses or nonprofits that further our mission. With over 56,000 visitors and 450 events annually, in addition to 12,000 community theater and education program participants, with an impressive gross economic output of $3.5 million in greater Park County.

The renovation and repurposing of the historic East Side School and the newly erected Blake Pavilion into the Shane Center stands as a testament to their unwavering commitment to innovation, collaboration, and community support.

Livingston Depot Foundation

An iconic and lively intersection of past and present in the heart of downtown Livingston.  Home to a seasonal museum from May - September and serving as an incredible community and event center throughout the remainder of the year.  Complete with an elegant courtyard, shaded park, and local shops, the Livingston Depot Center is rich with historic detail, beauty, and grace. It enriches the lives of the residents of Livingston, surrounding communities, and tourists to the Yellowstone area by presenting historic exhibits, regional and cultural programs, and preserving the historic Northern Pacific depot.

St.Mary's Catholic School

Faith for Living, Education for Life, “St. Mary's Catholic School has been educating the youth of Livingston and the surrounding area for over a century. They provide quality Catholic education for K-8 and an Early Learning Pre-K Preschool.

Friends of Park High Baseball

Funding a quality and successful baseball program for the many youth that love baseball! “Many youth in Livingston and Park County play baseball, and we want to keep them playing through high school.”

Stafford Animal Shelter

A Livingston icon and no-kill shelter, The Stafford Animal Shelter prevents animal distress by caring for displaced animals, facilitating adoptions and reunions, minimizing pet overpopulation and pioneering humane education & community outreach. They are an open-door facility that accepts all pets in need regardless of age, species, breed or medical condition.  We have no length of stay restrictions so animals are welcome with us until they find their forever homes.

Big Brothers Big Sisters

Bigs (members of the community 18+) & Littles (youth ages 5-18) are matched based on personality and interests and then spend 4-6 hours per month together enjoying activities together in the community. What Bigs & Littles do together is completely up to them and often are activities they are both interested in or want to try together. One to one mentorship has proven to change the life of local youth (and provides amazing benefits to the “Big” as well).

Counterpoint

Another Livingston success story- Counterpoint nurtures personal growth and supports meaningful lives for adults with disabilities since 1976. They provide residential, vocation, and transportation services to the individuals that we serve.

Montana Freshwater Partners

“Montana Freshwater Partners is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Livingston, dedicated to preserving and restoring streams and wetlands throughout the state. Our mission is supported through our innovative focuses, the Give Back to the Yellowstone River Stewardship Program and our Wetland and Stream Mitigation Program. We also provide technical services to partners and landowners, such as watershed planning, regulatory expertise, wetland delineations, and stream assessments.”

Farm to School of Park County

Guiding schools and communities in building a prosperous local food culture that places healthy food on the plates and in the minds of all Park County children and their families. A tremendous and effective program that not only feeds youth and families, but feeds local and healthy foods; all while educating the next generation.

Livingston Ice Skating Association

One mission: Building Community on Ice! The current ice rink in the Steer Barn has been operational for the past two winter seasons and seen many happy skaters. We have a roof over our head and thanks to our community's support, we now have refrigeration, also known as a chiller, to keep our ice rink frozen all winter long! We are still accepting donations to keep ice skating free for all and to improve programming for the rink.

Park County 4-H

Montana 4-H is the youth development program of Montana State University Extension. 4-H is the largest, out-of-school youth development program in the state, reaching nearly 20,000 youth in all 56 counties each year. In 4-H, if you can dream it, you can do it! 4-H offers more than 200 different projects and learning experiences that actively engage youth while having fun. 4-H projects rely on trained adult volunteers who work with youth as partners and a resource for hands-on learning. From learning how to cook or sew, to raising an animal, conservation and robotics. 4-H offers youth a wide range of choices and opportunities for them to learn and grow.
