Light Up Livingston
Our annual tree lighting celebration, Light Up Livingston, takes place shortly after Thanksgiving to kick off the Christmas season here in Livingston. Santa arrives with the Livingston Fire Department to light the tree himself before heading to his throne to hear the children's Christmas wishes. There’s a hot chocolate stand, food trucks, tractor rides, and of course adult beverages to help everyone stay toasty warm. As the tree and entire park are lit up with thousands of beautiful lights, you'll be sure to feel the magic of the season.
Christmas Stroll in Downtown Livingston
The annual Christmas Stroll takes place in early december and every shop is open late, showing off their Christmas displays, serving drinks, and hosting live music. The street is closed off and making this a fun and safe activity for the whole family. The city provides beautiful fire pits all up and down mainstreet, and The Mint projects classic Christmas movies on the side of their building. And of course Santa can be found here too, ready to meet with children and hear their Christmas wishes. A great opportunity to get some Christmas shopping done while getting into the spirit of the season.
Community Craft Fair
Looking for a totally unique, locally made gift that supports a small artist? The Community Craft Fair is the place for you. Montana made gifts from artists in our own community get together the Saturday after the Christmas stroll to show off their wares.
Holiday Vaudeville
One of the Shane Center's most popular productions, this high energy variety show is a romp through the cherished chestnuts of the season. Starting in December this show is almost always a sell out, but our Key Montana Concierge Service is happy to secure your tickets when you plan in advance.
Ski Days
For those of us who can't get enough mountain time, it just doesn't feel like Christmas without hitting the slopes. Luckily we have Bridger Bowl nearby so you can get your powder days in.
