Restaurants in Livingston, Montana

2nd Street Bistro

Locally sourced everything. Craft cocktails. Anthony Bourdain praised this restaurant (twice).  Enough said!

Big Sky Thai

Authentic Thai Food.  Excellent Take out option.

Campione Roman Kitchen

Mind blowing food. Eat here before they are too famous and reservations take 1 year to get.  Quaint atmosphere and to-die-for unique italian delights!

Eastside Coffee and Cafe

CHARMING! You eat in a garden in a neighborhood. All food is amazing.  The pastry dough is something from another planet. Very local feel.

Engine Room Pizza

A delicious option for eating in our takeout. These fresh and carefully made deep dish pizzas, unique salads and more are ideal for the crowd that needs a good hearty meal after a long day in the Park or day on the river. A newer local favorite.  And their new location on 2nd and Callendar Street is just beautiful!

Fainting Goat Pub

Irish Pub, great ambiance, bar eats, local scene!  Most nights with low key live music.

Faye’s Cafe

Featured in national mags. Totally unique menu. We recommend letting Chef Knecht whip up her daily inspiration. Trust her. Trust us!

Fiesta En Jalisco

Traditional mexican.  Great for large groups and a quick and reliable meal.  Next door to a great local Brewery too!

Gils Goods

Pizza, pizza, pizza!  Woodfired and many other delicious scratch meals served in Gil’s or at the Murray Bar. European pastries and gelato too!  Grab a cocktail and enjoy this quintessential local haunt!

Livingston Bar & Grill

Beautiful historic bar, varied menu with steak, seafood, and the regular american grill choices.  A nice night out that leaves you downtown for exploring the local music and bar scene after.

Los Pinos Mexican Restaurant

Very, very delicious authentic mexican food. Family recipes and a to-die-for “green sauce” that you want on everything! This is our go-to mexican restaurant in Livingston.

Marks In-n-Out

Picture 50’s drive up with burgers, shakes and all the americana you can stand.  Worth the long lines all summer to enjoy a burger, corndog and fries and take to the park or river! This is a MUST-DO on your Livingston list.

The Mint Bar and Grill

Where the local fishing guides and such hang any night of the week. A surprisingly delicious and unique menu too! Taco Tuesdays, amazing burgers and much more. Friendliest bar staff around too!

Rib and Chop House

Steaks, pork chops, good lunches and big salads.  “The Chop House” is a destination for many people who come to Livingston each year.  Great place to watch a game at their friendly large bar with TV’s too.

Neptune’s Taphouse & Eatery

SUSHI (and actually really good and fresh)!! Great fish and chips, appetizers, burgers, etc.  Local micro-brewery with great beer and a fun atmosphere.  Rooftop patio restaurant and bar!

Northern Pacific Beanery

Take me back to the days of the railroad and get me my ham, eggs and coffee!  Great atmosphere next to the train tracks and the museum.  Iconic breakfast!

Pinky’s Cafe

Waffles, scotch eggs, basic egg and omelet dishes.  Pinky’s attracts locals and tourists alike and is worth a visit.  Peruse the fun shops downtown while you wait for your table (we love sitting outside when we can and people watching).

Rice Fine Thai Cuisine

Always good, almost always open.  We love this authentic go-to thai for dining in or take out!

Rosa’s Pizza

Local biz.  Great value, great pizza – ideal for calling in and taking back to your rental to feed a crowd!

The Murray Bar

For over 100 years, The Murray Bar has been the cultural heart of this funky little town. To this day, it is the busiest, most hoppin’ bar in town for the simple reason that it is a hell of a lot more fun to eat in a bar, than drink in a restaurant.  The legendary Murray Bar, enough said.
