At the end of a road and walking distance to the Yellowstone River, this darling retreat was recently (Spring 2019) overhauled and updated for vacation rental. It has 4 cozy new beds, a comfortable bright living room and full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and laundry facility. The home is pet friendly for those with a well behaved dog that can be voice or leash controlled. There is no fence and neighbors have horses. Pet fee applies.

The views of Paradise Valley in all directions are memorable (to say the least). Whether you are a fisherman and want to walk to the Chickory Fishing access on the Yellowstone (a mere .3 miles from the door), or just want a quiet, end of the road place to read a book and grill with friends ... this place is for you. You are conveniently 25 minutes from Yellowstone National Park or the quaint town of Livingston. Also, guests are a short 10 minutes to Chico Hot Springs & the funky little town of Emigrant where you can find dining, live music, a convenience store and fly fishing shop.

The space is perfect for a group of fishermen, couples or small family. Rest assured you have Found Paradise in this clean, bright, amenity filled home.

BEDROOMS: 1 large bedroom with attached full bathroom with shower has 2 queen beds. The other bedroom with 2 twin beds has a full tub/shower combo bathroom just off the bedroom. Bedrooms have blackout curtains and overhead fans and portable fans in each room. All linens are new, fresh and clean.

KITCHEN & LIVING: Couch and oversized chair anchor the open concept living area with a large screen smart television. The dining table seats 6. Doors open to the deck with a propane grill. Kitchen is stocked with all the basics and small appliances you need for cooking - crockpot, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, utensils & more.

AMENITIES: Laundry has a large capacity front load washer and dryer. We provide all the dishwashing detergent you need. Bathrooms also come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body & hand soaps.

The home has wireless internet.

LINENS: The cabin comes stocked with all the sheets, towels & paper goods you need for your stay.

OUTSIDE: While the home is considered "rural" you still have neighboring properties that can be seen from the home. There are no fences around the property, therefore we ask if pets are in tow, they be on leash or voice controlled at all times. There is a nice pull through driveway area where you can park your vehicle (s).

For your convenience there is a keypad on the front door. Guests have the entire cabin to themselves. The garage on the property is locked and only for owner use.

Single family homes surround (but are not too close). It's very safe, walkable and beautiful. Garbage service is not available at this location, there are several places nearby to dispose of your bagged garbage, a map will be provided.

You will want a vehicle to easily drive to town - Livingston is 25 minutes north, and Gardiner (Yellowstone National Park) is 25 minutes south. A smaller general store is a 10 minute drive away in Emigrant where you will also find a fly fishing shop, restaurants, live music, gas station, bank and church.

We do accept pets with an additional pet fee, and disclosed before arrival and you MUST have approval! No more than 2 pets. Please clean up after your pet and keep them on the property. There are neighbors with livestock and horses nearby. We welcome your fur-friends with PRE APPROVAL and a small $200 pet fee.
